Buying Space in My House - Terms & Conditions

1.	The minimum purchase is a 10x10 pixel (100 pixels) spot on the homepage multiplied by the room price. The maximum purchase is whatever is left in the room you want to publish multiplied by the room price. The squares on the homepage represent a 10x10 pixel area, so calculating the space available can be done by counting the number of rows and columns for your advertisement request and multiplying. Your pixel purchase will also include a 4 pixel to 1 square inch printed out ad inside my house. e.g., when you purchase a 10x10 pixel spot on the homepage, you are also getting a 2.5"x2.5" spot in the accompanying room in my house.
2.	Purchasing pixels on the homepage and space in my house will not entitle you to any type of ownership on any part of this website or anywhere in or on my house. Purchasing only means that you are granted the right to submit an advertisement image, link and ALT text to be published on the homepage and in my house in the accompanying space once verified and full payment is received for the time period of 5 years (ending July 1st, 2011) on the website and up to 1 year in my house. Once your payment is received in full and your advertisement is published on the homepage, you cannot receive a refund for any reason. Your advertisement will be available from 24 to 48 hours after the invoice is paid in full.
3.	Once you have submitted your image, ALT text and URL, you will not be able to change your image, ALT text or URL for the duration of this website (5 years). Exceptions will be considered for legal, website or business related catastrophes related to the site the URL points to. If for any reason you need to remove your image, link and ALT Text from this website, I will do so, and the space will come available for sale again but you will not receive a refund.
4.	In order to keep this site user friendly, I will not consider any advertisement content of or relating to adult, offensive or obscene material. I will be verifying each ad and will make the decision as to whether or not I will accept your request and send you an invoice. If your advertisement is not accepted, you will receive an email indicating the reason(s) why, and from there you can submit another advertisement request that meets this site's terms & conditions. If your published link is redirected or the content of the linked site is changed to contain adult, offensive or obscene material for the duration of this website, your advertisement will be removed immediately and you will not be compensated or refunded in any way. If your advertisement is removed, you can adjust your linked site to comply with this site's terms & conditions and your advertisement will be reinstated.
5.	At this time, images cannot be animated. You will be able to upload .jpg, .jpeg or .png which will be converted to .jpg, or .gif which will remain a .gif to preserve colors and quality. I am recommending that you upload a much larger version of your image that is proportionate to the size of space you are purchasing on my homepage. e.g., if you purchase a 10x10 pixel spot on the homepage, you should upload a 500x500 pixel image of which I will edit to fit on the homepage. The large version of your advertisement will be used to print out the actual advertisement to place inside my house.
6.	The URL for your advertisement must be a website starting with http:// of which you must have the proper authority to provide images and content for.
7.	Occasionally, the server may be down for maintenance or that 1% that my web host says that they'll be down. Be patient, as the site will be back in no time. I've designed the page to run so that it will not be down during advertisement additions and updates.
